David brings a wealth of knowledge, with over 25 years of experience in the distress industry, including a 15- year tenure as the leader of PwC's Atlantic Distress Finance practice.
David's extensive roles have encompassed diverse areas, including debt restructuring, crisis management, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic planning. David’s experience and diverse skill set positions him as a leading figure in financial strategy and business transformation.

CPA, CBV
Chris is a CPA, a Chartered Business Valuator (“CBV”) and obtained the Corporate Finance designation formally offered by CPA Canada.
Chris brings extensive professional and operational experience in both the private and public sector, working with owner operators, management, boards and at all levels of provincial government. His roles have included operational reviews, business assessments, corporate finance, strategy development and execution, long term business improvement projects, infrastructure management, business planning and forecasting and contract and regulatory compliance.
